1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CZAR AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Description of Services
CZAR AI provides AI-powered solutions, primarily AI Voice Agents, designed to automate communication, customer support, sales, and operational processes. Additional AI agent services may be introduced in the future.

3. Eligibility
Services are intended for business and professional use only. Users must be at least 18 years old.

4. Accounts
Users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Payments and Billing
Services may be offered on a subscription, usage-based, or custom pricing basis. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Use the services for unlawful or harmful purposes

Interfere with or disrupt system operations

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Use AI outputs in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. CZAR AI makes no warranties regarding accuracy or reliability. Outputs must not be relied upon for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, software, and branding remain the exclusive property of CZAR AI.
Users retain ownership of their input data. AI outputs are licensed to users for lawful business use.

9. Suspension and Termination
CZAR AI may suspend or terminate access to the services at its discretion in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CZAR AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user during the previous twelve (12) months.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CZAR AI harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. The courts of Lisbon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Modifications
CZAR AI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
